This policy explains what information WitVault ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why, and how it's handled. WitVault is a brain-training puzzle game. We've written this in plain language rather than dense legal text — if anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account:

Account and progress data is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), a cloud service provided by Google. Your data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.
WitVault shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. You choose when to watch an ad (for example, to earn coins or an extra hint) — ads are never shown without your action.
AdMob may collect device and usage information, including advertising identifiers, to serve and measure ads, and may use this information to personalize the ads you see, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
You can manage your device's ad personalization and advertising ID settings in your Android device settings, under Google > Ads.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage — for example, which features are used and how the app performs. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you beyond what's described in this policy.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose app crashes. If the app crashes, Crashlytics automatically collects technical information such as your device model, operating system version, app version, and a log of what the app was doing at the time of the crash. This information is used solely to identify and fix bugs, and is not used to personally identify you.
If you purchase a coin pack, the transaction is processed by Google Play's billing system. WitVault does not directly receive or store your payment details (such as card numbers) — this is handled entirely by Google Play.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above, each of which processes data under their own privacy policies, solely to provide the functionality described in this policy.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below and we will process your request.
To request deletion of your WitVault account and all associated data, email us at with the subject line "Delete my account," including the email address you used to sign in.
What gets deleted: your account profile (email, name), coin balance and transaction history, puzzle progress, and daily challenge streaks.
What may be retained: anonymized or aggregated usage data that cannot be tied back to you (for example, app performance analytics), and any records we're required to keep for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
WitVault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
